This is the first step in your supervision journey you will receive 1:1 individualized care from a BCBA and be given basic information on how supervision is accrued with an individualized plan.

I have been in the ABA field since 2018 and working with kids with Autism or other related disorders for over 10 years. I always knew that my two passions consisted of helping others and working with kids.

I finished my Master of Science in Developmental Psychology at the University of New Hampshire in 2021 and my Master of Arts in Exceptional Student Education with Applied Behavior Analysis Specialization in 2023.
I Have worked as an adjunct instructor since 2021 teaching topics from psychology to ABA.

I offer a range of supervision services, including one-on-one coaching sessions, group sessions, and workshops, all individualized based on the learner's needs.
My specializations range from different settings (clinical, in-home, school), different age ranges (18 months- 22 years old), different assessments, and different ABA roles.
Explaining the Process
Join an accredited college
You can look up accredited ABA colleges through the ABA accreditation board. Two options are getting a related degree and then finishing the verified course sequence (VCS) or getting a degree with an ABA concentrated with the courses integrated in the course work.
While in a program you want to start gaining supervision hours and experience/knowledge. Currently, the BACB requires 2,000 supervision hours in order to be able to sit for the BCBA exam. Review the BACB handbook online for more information.

According to passthebigabaexam.com in 2022 the pass rate for the BCBA exam was at 55% for first time test takers (harder than the Bar exam).
